What days do you change the sequences you teach?
Our schedule consists of 5 separate Kaiut sequences, 2 specialized Kaiut sequences, two Slow Flow sequences, and one Yin Yoga sequence per week.
Kaiut classes are broken down as follows:
Sequence A : Monday
Sequence B : Tuesday
Sequence C : Wednesday
Sequence D : Thursday
Sequence E : Friday
Kaiut Foundations : Saturday
Special Topics : Sunday
