Join me for a morning of "Complete Practice" at the serene Wild Lotus Yoga Collective. This class is designed to provide a full system reset, giving participants the satisfaction of movement and strength balanced with the depth of presence, stillness, and peace that comes from Kaiut and meditation.
We'll start with some gentle, floor-based flow to warm up the body and ease into the practice. Then, we'll ooze our way into a juicy Kaiut sequence that focuses on optimizing joint function and nervous system regulation. We'll finish up with a peaceful seated meditation to leave you feeling centered and calm.
This all-levels class welcomes everyone, but participants should be comfortable getting down to the floor and being on hands and knees at times. Wild Lotus offers an open, light-filled space tucked into nature, providing a homey retreat center vibe with gorgeous views of the lake from the studio windows.
All props are provided, so just bring yourself and a willingness to explore.
