Unwind, Strengthen, and Restore
Join me for a 4-part yoga workshop series designed to release tension, build strength, and promote flexibility in key areas of the body. Perfect for all levels, each session combines therapeutic, calming techniques from yin, Kaiut, and restorative yoga, along with myofascial release, self-massage, and targeted strengthening exercises. This series will help you cultivate deeper awareness and balance, whether you join for a single session or the whole series.

11/24 - Session 1: Feet, Knees, and Legs
Start from the foundation—your feet, knees, and legs. We’ll focus on releasing built-up tension and strengthening these essential areas to support better posture and alignment throughout your body.
12/1 - Session 2: Hips, Spine, and Neck
Unlock mobility and relieve discomfort in your hips, spine, and neck. This session encourages freedom and fluidity in these often tight areas, supporting ease of movement and overall well-being.
12/8 - Session 3: Shoulders, Arms, and Hands
Free your upper body from tightness with techniques that support your shoulders, arms, and hands. This practice emphasizes stability and release, perfect for those who spend long hours sitting or using their hands.
12/15 - Session 4: Whole Body and Mind
In this integrative final session, we’ll draw from previous workshops to create a full-body practice, incorporating breathwork and meditation. You’ll leave with greater present moment awareness, clarity, and a deep sense of connection to your entire body.
This series offers a holistic approach to enhancing your body’s flexibility, strength, and function. Through mindful movement and intentional release, you’ll create space not only in your body but also in your mind, nourishing yourself in the process.
