Farm-to-Table Dining at the Cliffs of Moher Retreat
The meals at the Cliffs of Moher Retreat Center are a true highlight, celebrating Ireland’s rich culinary traditions with a focus on health and sustainability. Nourish your body with farm-to-table meals, prepared using organic, seasonal ingredients grown steps away from your dining area.
Start your day with a delightful brunch, featuring freshly brewed coffee and tea, artisan bread, hearty oats, chia pudding, superfood-packed smoothies, fresh greens with house-made dressings, and other nourishing selections that energize you for the day ahead.
Dinners are equally exquisite, showcasing comforting soups, creative vegetarian dishes, hearty grains, and the occasional locally sourced seafood. Each meal bursts with flavor, designed to leave you feeling balanced and satisfied.
Between meals, enjoy fresh fruit, herbal teas, or a visit to the on-site café for additional snacks and treats. Every bite is thoughtfully prepared, providing sustenance for both your physical and spiritual journey.
Prepare for Your Retreat
Make sure you have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months beyond your departure date. No visa is required for U.S. citizens visiting Ireland for 90 days or less.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
The retreat center provides yoga mats and props, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Pack comfortable yoga clothes, good walking shoes, and cozy layers for the cooler evenings.
Additional items to consider:

Books for joyful reading
Weather-appropriate outerwear (Ireland can be misty and cool!)
Sunscreen and sunglasses
Hat, scarf, or gloves for the crisp autumn air
Light, long sleeves and long pants for evening activities
Bathing suit for the wellness center’s hot tub or cold plunge
In Ireland, power plug sockets are of type G with a standard voltage of 230 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. Consider bringing a power adapter if needed.
Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided in the rooms, but you can bring your own if preferred.
Finally, don’t forget cash or a credit card for dinners out, shopping, and optional excursions.
Airport Transfers
The easiest route is to fly into Shannon Airport (SNN), located approximately 1 hour from the Cliffs of Moher Retreat Center. Alternatively, you may choose to fly into Dublin Airport (DUB), about 3 hours away by car.
Once you’ve arrived, transfers to the retreat center can be arranged by taxi or by renting a car. We recommend booking a flight that arrives by 2:00 PM on October 27th, allowing plenty of time to settle in before the welcome circle and evening yoga.
Consider arriving a day or two early to adjust to the time zone and explore more of Ireland’s breathtaking countryside or charming towns before the retreat begins. For your return flight, plan for a departure in the late afternoon on November 2nd to enjoy morning yoga and brunch before checkout and transport.
