Join me for a morning of "Complete Practice" at the serene Wild Lotus Yoga Collective. This class is designed to provide a full system reset, giving participants the satisfaction of movement and strength balanced with the depth of presence, stillness, and peace that comes from Kaiut and meditation.

We'll start with some gentle, floor-based flow to warm up the body and ease into the practice. Then, we'll ooze our way into a juicy Kaiut sequence that focuses on optimizing joint function and nervous system regulation. We'll finish up with a peaceful seated meditation to leave you feeling centered and calm.

This all-levels class welcomes everyone, but participants should be comfortable getting down to the floor and being on hands and knees at times. Wild Lotus offers an open, light-filled space tucked into nature, providing a homey retreat center vibe with gorgeous views of the lake from the studio windows.

All props are provided, so just bring yourself and a willingness to explore.

Flow into Stillness

Enjoy a dynamic exploration of light vinyasa interwoven with Kaiut elements, where we'll harmonize the interplay between effort and surrender. This workshop offers a unique blend of dynamic movement and restorative practices, weaving together the fluidity of vinyasa with the grounding essence and joint care of Kaiut Yoga. Plan to flow through energizing postures to build strength and vitality, then drop into stimulating holds to cultivate deep release and strengthening. Discover how to find balance, both on and off the mat, as we journey through this holistic fusion of movement and mindfulness.

The Iliopsoas connects the legs to the hips and spine, and a tight Psoas causes pain and injury in the hips and low back. It needs to be released regularly to function healthily. Come unwind your Psoas with Tucker in this therapeutic and educational session.

A specialized session designed to relieve pain and tension in the feet and hands, this workshop is the place to dive deep into the structures of the extremities. Come release stress and restrictions from the joints, muscles and fascia. Restore your foundations and feel this work resonate through your entire system.

This practice is full of potent sensation, the kind that leads to healing. The work can be tailored to fit any body, but all will be challenged to work through their blockages (both physically and mentally) in this safe space.

The hips are incredible powerhouses for the physical and emotional bodies. Designed to move fluidly, the pelvic girdle is unfortunately impeded by the large amount of sitting that our culture undertakes daily. This is the first time in human history that we have grown our bones while sitting in chairs. The impact of this cannot be understated--loss of circulation, decreased movement of lymphatic fluid, constriction throughout the torso, impoverished digestive and reproductive functions, pain and injury to the knees and shoulders...the list goes on!

So let's carve out some time to love on our hips. In this Kaiut Yoga Method workshop, we will free blockages in the soft tissues that restrict this area of the body. The result will be a more optimized biomechanical functioning of the whole system and an improved sense of overall well-being.

All levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats and props are available at the studio, however you are welcome to bring your own. We will be using bolsters, a strap, blocks and blankets.

The chakras of Yoga are widely misunderstood, yet even so their wisdom is abundantly spreading in new forms. This workshop is all about demystifying the chakras by unveiling their history, theory, and practices. Pairing lecture and discussion with juicy chakra based practices, this series will give you a deeper appreciation for and understanding of the chakras and their use throughout time.

We spend our lives “right side up,” but for hundreds of years Yogis have practiced inverting their bodies to awaken their minds, heal their bodies, and extend their lifespans.

Modern Western Yoga throws practitioners into inversions through force and effort, but is this really a sustainable approach? Will we be donkey-kicking into handstands in our nineties?
